WHAT IS YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I love watching netflix while running on the treadmill.  It passes time during the long winter months!

WHERE WAS YOUR LAST VACATION?
I get to do teaching vacations (yoga, boot camp, water aerobics) and went to Breathless Cabo.

WHAT DO YOU #BURN FOR?
My kids.  I want to show them that being a mom and having a full time career is no excuse to not work out and take care of my body. 

Angie has been in the industry for over 20 years and has over 15 different certifications, including a 4 year degree in kinesiology from Indiana University and a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. She is a mother of 3, has run 29 marathons and has such a passion for fitness and life and is so blessed to be doing what she loves to do everyday!!!! She can't wait to meet you and motivate you along your fitness journey!

WHAT IS THE ONE THING NOONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU?
Trained the "at home" runner up on the Biggest Loser and we ran the Boston Marathon together after finale

WHAT DO YOU #BURN FOR?
My Physical and mental health, and hoping to do another marathon!

Kristin graduated at Marquette University with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science in 2005. After living in Dallas, Texas for 10 years working as a personal trainer, she recently moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. She joined at OTF in TX as a member, and loved it so much she wanted to be apart of the team! She has always held a passion for sports and exercise. Kristin loves to help people with their goals and always open to discuss different ways to improve overall well-being.
WHAT IS YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
If we are talking food...french fries/sweet potato fries and ketchup. If we aren't talking food...boy band music!! #onedirection #backstreetboys Love them all!

WHY ARE YOU AN OTF COACH?
I am an OTF coach because of my passion for helping others uncover potential they may not see in themselves. Also, who doesn't love a wicked cardio session!

WHAT DO YOU #BURN FOR?
I burn for the discovery in every sweat session teaching me to be a stronger athlete, a better coach, and a positive influence. #iburnfor #otfbrookfield

My style of teaching is a blend of trainings I have learned through the 8 years of being in the industry. I bring to attention the basics of movement- focusing on body awareness, mobility, and strength. I am a stickler for proper form & educating clients on how to move correctly & safely. I believe that fitness is a constant journey which feels & looks different on everyone. I will motivate you & challenge you to reach beyond your comfort. I am driven to help my clients change their lives and to embrace the process along the way.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
